Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of withkompas.com (the Site). The Site is operated by Fragmatic Technologies Pvt Ltd, the company behind the Kompas AI School brand. By using the Site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Who we are
References to "we", "us", or "Kompas" mean Fragmatic Technologies Pvt Ltd (operating the Kompas AI School brand), Registered Office: M-66C, Adani Samsara, Sector-60, Gurgaon, Haryana, India — 122001, hello@withkompas.com.
Our handling of personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
2. What this Site is
withkompas.com is an informational and partnership-enquiry website. It exists to:
- Explain what Kompas AI School does and the partnership model we offer Indian universities.
- Publish our open artefacts — the Skill Rubric, the Curriculum Library, research previews, and field notes.
- Provide structured forms (partnership enquiries, press contacts, careers applications) routed to the relevant Kompas team.
The Site does not sell courses, take payments, host student accounts, deliver instruction, or issue credentials. Any program Kompas delivers on a partner campus is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) between Fragmatic Technologies Pvt Ltd and that university — not by these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may read the Site, follow its links, share its URLs, quote short passages with attribution, and submit our forms in good faith. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information through any form.
- Attempt to access non-public parts of the Site, the underlying infrastructure, or anyone else's data.
- Probe, scan, or test the Site's vulnerabilities except under a written authorisation from us.
- Interfere with the Site's availability — denial-of-service attempts, abusive crawling, brute-force submissions.
- Use automated tools to harvest content at scale (see section 4 for the specific exception covering AI training).
- Use the Site, our marks, or our content to imply a partnership, endorsement, or relationship that does not exist.
Misuse may result in your access being blocked at the edge and, where appropriate, referred to law enforcement.
4. Intellectual property
Unless explicitly marked otherwise:
- All written content, illustrations, photography, code, and design on the Site is © Fragmatic Technologies Pvt Ltd, the operator of the Kompas AI School brand.
- The names Kompas, Kompas AI, Kompas AI School, and the Kompas wordmark are trademarks of Fragmatic Technologies Pvt Ltd. You may not use them in a way that suggests we have endorsed or partnered with you when we have not.
- The Skill Rubric, the Curriculum Library entries, and the Capstone briefs are published openly so partner universities and the wider sector can read them. You may read, link to, and reference them with attribution. Republication of the full text — or substantial extracts — requires written permission.
- Names and logos of third parties (universities, sponsors, partner companies) on the Site, where they appear, are the property of their respective owners and used only where covered by an active agreement or fair reference.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through forms; by submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to read, store, route, and respond to it for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party pages — partner universities, journalists who have covered us, research sources, and platforms we recommend. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
6. Form submissions
Forms on the Site (partnership enquiries, press, careers, contact) are routed to internal Kompas inboxes. Submitting a form does not create a contract or commitment of any kind. We will respond on the timelines indicated on the relevant page, or sooner where we can. We may decline to respond to submissions that are abusive, evidently fraudulent, or out of scope.
7. Forward-looking statements
Parts of the Site describe what Kompas plans to do — the curriculum we are building, research we expect to publish, partner cohorts that are forthcoming. We label these clearly (e.g. "forthcoming", "planned", "illustrative") and per our published ethos we do not claim outcomes we have not produced. Even so, plans can change. Nothing on the Site that describes future activity constitutes a guarantee or warranty that it will occur on any particular timeline, or at all.
8. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations — express or implied — about the Site's accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors and security vulnerabilities. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes and is not professional, legal, or academic advice for your specific situation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Fragmatic Technologies Pvt Ltd and its directors, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site, on any basis, shall not exceed INR 5,000 or the amount you have paid to us in respect of the Site in the preceding 12 months (which is zero — the Site charges no fees), whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Indian law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Fragmatic Technologies Pvt Ltd harmless from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where the change affects how we handle data, by also updating the Privacy Policy under its own change-log. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at our registered office (currently Bengaluru, Karnataka) will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the Site, subject to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have under Indian law.
